DIVINE PUBLIC SCHOOL was founded in the year 2002 in the fond memory of Late Sri. Raj Bansi Prasad,resident of village Jamapur, Post office Zeradei, Distt. Siwan,Bihar who was a social worker and was very much concerned about the upliftment of the downtrodden. His earnest desire was to educate the masses. To fulfill his dream, his son Mr.Subhash Chand Prasad has established this school with themain objective of imparting value based education with thesole motto “Success through efforts”.

The name “Divine" itself signifies the purpose and the intention of the Founder Manager, Mr Subhash Chand Prasad in establishing this school. He is a God fearing man who believes in the service of God through the service of people.

DIVINE PUBLIC SCHOOL, Gorakhpur is an English medium school. Established and governed by the R.B. Society of Gorakhpur, the school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) New Delhi and imparting education up to Class XII.

The school is located in the middle of the civil area of Bichhia near PAC Camp and maintains very neat and clean surrounding both within and outside the school campus.
